Chicago Policies
At KB Aesthetics Chicago, we value your time and ours. To provide the best care and accommodate all of our clients, we have clear policies regarding cancellations, deposits, payments, and scheduling. Please review these guidelines before booking your appointment.
Cancellations
​Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit and incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
No-Shows
A $50 no-show fee applies for any missed appointment without notice.
Late Arrivals (In-Office Visits Only)
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this window, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Deposits

A $50 deposit is required for all services (except Lip Flip/Gummy Smile, which require a $30 deposit).

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your original appointment.

Appointment Confirmation
All clients will receive a text message to arrange deposit payment and confirm their appointment. Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received.
